I was a little shocked to see so many negative reviews. I have ordered a few different times over the last couple of years and have always been happy with my products. They arrive in a timely manner, and CS has always been kind when replying to any questions I have had.

Ordered a lot of pantry items as well as several piepottery. Very pleased! Two boxes arrived quickly and carefully packed. Mixes were in well-sealed bags with extended expiration dates. Breakables were cushioned. Don't know what happened with the low reviews, but it gets an A+ from me and future purchases.
