I placed an order and paid online. Michaels emailed daily reminders to pick up my items. I finally went on the last day on a Friday after work. It took less than a minute for the staff to go to the cabinet to find my items with my name on it, hand it to me, and then I was out the door!! Impressive!!!

I love Michaels in general - this location is a bit rough. Poor customer service and poor inventory options. Id recommend mission valley instead.
