We were finishing a 10 day trip to California and needed to ship back fragile souvenirs and wine. Karl cheerfully and expertly wrapped everything and made sure it was carefully packed. Everything arrived home safely in 2 days. Their business was so friendly and easy to work with. We really appreciated the customer service.
