The service at this Vons is not what it used to be. I have encountered unpleasant experiences at the checkout multiple times in the past year. The caliber of customer service now is very disappointing. And they overfill the bags every time...causing them to break before I even get home.

This place is totally incompetent and rude. Every time we have gone we have had issues that yet no other pharmacy seems to have. Wait times are 30 mins even after they tell you your prescription is ready. We will not be using them again.

Rude, Rude, Rude. Slow and condescending. I watched them today totally ignore an elderly lady using her shopping cart to hold herself up. When I asked a question of the Pharmacist I got a most rude reaction. Overworked? Take a Vacation! Don't like your job or interacting with people in a respectful manner? Quit!
