Quaint hotel, great spot, walking distance from tons of eating, drinking and baseball. We were not impressed with quality or service from the coffee shop. Pastries sat out for days in a container that was not airtight and had bugs. The rest of the stay was enjoyable.

The area is nice and within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, convention center, bars and the trolley. The margaritas are delicious!
