Was hung up on 4 x in one day from the foreign service center. Language barrier is horrible to say the least. They messed up my phone just disgusting

A disappointment by T-Mobile. For autopay, they made changes from a credit card to a debit card/bank account in order to receive a $5.00 discount per line. I have two lines and have been a customer for over 20 years. Will look at other options!
