Staff, location, and hours are wonderful. PObox pricing is acceptable. The only real issue is the corporate issues like charging extra for packages now and the constant extra paperwork required to maintain access. Overall one of the best UPS store locations.

Great experience overall, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I used their notary service and had a package overnighted. Highly recommended!
