I got a beautiful Tumi laptop backpack for Christmas. Took the key fob to this store this morning to have it monogrammed with my initials. The young man warned me that due to new machinery, it may not be perfect. I allowed him to proceed with monograming it. It came out beautiful. Thank you, I
