The rental process was fairly quick and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, the truck I received had some wear and tear, and it took longer than expected to get through the return process. Overall, decent experience but there’s room for improvement.

The guys that helped me were fast and efficient at getting me checked-in and trailer hooked up to my truck. Drop-off was even faster. I was unsure about using U-Haul to rent a trailer for a Home Depot pickup, but it was all much easier than I imagined.
