ABF - UPack Moving provides long-distance moving services using trailers or moving cubes. Customers frequently use them for cross-country moves, combining the service with local movers at either end to save money compared to full-service companies. The service is noted for being seamless, smooth, and easy. Many reviews highlight that you only pay for the trailer or cube space you actually use, preventing overpayment, and the final quoted price is the price paid with no hidden fees for gas or taxes.
Staff members, including drivers and phone representatives, are consistently described as fantastic, helpful, professional, courteous, friendly, and responsive. They work with customers to carefully position trailers and answer questions quickly. Deliveries and pickups are generally handled on schedule and without incident, with some drivers offering same-day pickup. The company also provides complimentary storage at their facilities if needed.
While some note the service is more expensive than options like U-Haul, customers feel the reliability, transparent pricing, and lack of complaints about poor service justify the cost. A minor critique mentions the system for same-day pickups could be more automated. Overall, customers highly recommend UPack for a stress-free moving experience where you don't have to worry about your items or the final price.
My experience with U-Pack was excellent! They brought my cube quickly, shipped it across country quickly, delivered it right away when I requested it, and then picked it up as soon as possible. I highly recommend their service!

U-Pack was timely dropping & picking up the container. Offers a link for hired labor if you need assistance with your move. No hidden fees. Great pricing. Simple instructions to install the bulkhead. I would highly recommend them!
