A few tips I learned from our move that might help anyone preparing for theirs:
Pack a suitcase for the first week. Include everything you may need immediately—medications, toiletries, a few changes of clothes, chargers, important documents, and other daily essentials. Even when boxes are labeled, you may not want to start digging through them right away!
Keep track of those TV remotes! Pack each TV remote carefully, label it with the TV or room it belongs to, and consider keeping them with you instead of putting them on the moving truck. Trust me—you'll be glad you did!
Spring clean BEFORE you pack. This is the perfect time to donate, sell, or toss things you no longer need. You really don't realize how many clothes, shoes—and especially purses 😂—you've accumulated over the years until you have to pack and move all of them!
Overall, Hulk Movers helped make a very big two-day move much more manageable. Thank you to our four-man crew for taking such good care of us and our belongings. Five stars and highly recommended!”

It took them a total of 5.75 hours to move our apartment into a townhome 40 minutes away from each other. they disassembled and reassembled all furniture! Wrapped fragile items, and placed everything in the house exactly where we wanted it, despite us having stairs! They were very friendly and easy to talk too. They made the process so smooth and no damages! They even offer a discount for veterans which we very much appreciated!”

We had a four hour window which we were called within the timeframe about thirty minutes before their arrival. The two men were very polite and professional and answered any questions we had. “We hired Best Fit to move us across town, and the service was fantastic. Moses and his crew were incredibly professional and careful with our stuff, paying special attention to our furniture. It was amazing to see how quickly and efficiently they emptied our third-floor apartment…my wife and I kept looking at each other like, “for real?” And yes, they were for real.
After loading up our old place, they were just as swift and careful with the unload. And at the end, we paid less than we budgeted. We definitely recommend hiring three guys, it really sped up the process.

“We requested a move of our one bedroom condo a few weeks in advance and Like Movers came back with a flat rate quote since we were only moving a short distance. They did a good job providing our HOA with the necessary insurance documentation and communication before the move. Unfortunately they were a little late arriving the morning of the move which wasn't a great start to the process given we were required to have a building moving service available at both locations. The movers themselves were friendly and kind and didn't indicate any issues upon arrival. They took great care with our furniture and boxes. A bit later I received a phone call telling me that my price was likely to go up because of the amount of goods we had. They tried to say I requested a lightly furnished studio when my submitted project clearly states I had a one bedroom. I didn't really appreciate the man arguing I had entered the project as a studio when I clearly had it in writing it was a one bedroom. All in all, the move went okay but quite longer than we had expected. I'm only lowering one star due to the late arrival and the argumentative person who called. The movers themselves were great once they started.”

One of them knelt, waited, and offered a soft voice that somehow settled both of us. Then they started moving boxes in with precision, avoiding the corners where the cat was hiding.
