The United States Postal Service is a processing center with a drive-through mail drop for the convenience of people who don't want to get out of the car. The customer service office is located two blocks down the street. While the postal workers are great folks working habitually short-staffed, some customers have reported being treated poorly at the retail location. However, the staff at the processing center are generally kind, helpful, and efficient in resolving mail delivery issues and other customer concerns.
