Vons Pharmacy on Truxtun Road receives mixed reviews. Some customers report an enormous line anytime of day and describe slow service that feels like a pull. Others, however, find the pharmacy excellent, noting that even when extremely busy, the staff keeps the line moving with a smile and a positive attitude, providing excellent service. It is also described as a favorite spot for yearly vaccines with a nice waiting area, offering no hassle for prescriptions and a quick in and out experience. The pharmacy provides flu vaccinations, shingles shots, and other services.
The counter people with the exception of Vickey are very cold and impersonal also my latest phone conversation was the same. It is not very satisfactory to be treated like a number and not a human when you are encountering people for your health care needs.

Everyone at this pharmacy is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I have recommended them to a number of friends and they have all been very appreciative of the suggestion.
