Service is slow. VERY difficult to get them to answer the phone. Frequently out of stock and must wait for shipment.

Made last minute Christmas card order. It was last minute and im sure they are slammed. Was able to get my order done quickly. Staff was very nice and helped me out in a bind! Kindness will get you happiness!
