“I used to go to the Chula Vista H St or Broadway locations because they’re a little closer to me. Problem is they’re always slammed for walk-ins AND appointments unless you make the appointment a week out. The Palm location is rarely as busy and always seems to have same-day appointment slots. I’ve had work done & bought ties from the Palm location & these guys go out of there way to satisfy the customer. They’re my go- to location now.”

“This place is great. My 2023 Chevy Bolt had right rear door damage after sideswiping a wooden fence. The door was dented and crumpled along the crease that most car doors have. It looked like a tough job but these guys fixed it perfectly as well as painting it the same original color. I checked 3 other places for the job and ABC was by far the lowest bid and the work was excellent. It took 8 days and well worth the wait. I highly recommend these guys!”

“I had an overall very positive experience at Discount Tire. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted right away when I walked in. Joseph was professional, courteous, and quickly verified my appointment, which I appreciated.
Although it took about 25 minutes for my vehicle to actually be brought into the service area despite having a scheduled appointment, once the work began the team moved very efficiently. The young man who came to update me on the status of the vehicle was also extremely friendly, professional, and communicative, just like Joseph.
