I stopped by the T-Mobile kiosk inside Costco to look into plan options for my sister and I and I’m so glad I did. The rep who helped us was super kind, patient, and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense.
They showed us the difference between our current plan and the new ones available — and how we could actually get more value with better features that fit our needs. It didn’t feel salesy at all, just honest and helpful guidance.
The whole experience was quick, easy, and honestly a relief. If you’re thinking about switching or upgrading, definitely check out this kiosk. they made the process simple and genuinely care about their customers.”
