“Clean store, there were barely any customers when I arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful and helped me get out the door in a few minutes. Great experience, 10/10 would recommend. Tons of great deals on Best Buy returns, most open box which means people unpacked the product and then realized it was not what they thought they had bought. If you're looking for electronics or appliances and want a good deal but aren't sure what would fit your needs, this is where you want to go.”

“I had my old MacBook Pro 2012 laptop battery replaced at WizFix Computers and Kuya Joey was a total pro!
He was super helpful, explained everything I needed to know clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently, despite some shipping delays of battery (it was over the weekend, so understandable). Easy payment thru Zelle. He was friendly and made me feel at ease and was flexible with scheduling drop off/pickups.

“Great service and value for the open box top of the line laptop I purchased. Russel gave info on difference of this specific product compared to my other options, and it was indeed a great choice. I did have to bring it back though to correct my error in the purchase and Russel was also very helpful with the process. His Branch Manager has made my request processed smoothly. “My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. Customer service was great in helping us set it up. We feel a lot safer now.”

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christopher Oropeza, the Store Manager at Best Buy! He provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed for my daughter who is starting college and needed a Dell computer.
Christopher was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our experience the best it could be. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, helped us find the right options, and made sure we received the best possible customer service from start to finish.

“I got my printer fix here recently at this small local mom and pop shop. Found out what was the problem with my printer and got a decent price on the cost to fix it. I was told my printer would be ready by the end of the day. I got a pretty good deal for toner and ink cartridges as well. Service was great and efficient!The owner is was very nice and funny guy. I would highly recommend if anyone has a problem with their printer or copy machine. This place save me a lot time and money. Definitely, coming back and ordering more toner/ink supplies for my office.”
