“After more than a year of stressful and frustrating car repair experiences, I finally found an honest and truly professional shop — Haas Brothers Auto.

My car was involved in a hit-and-run accident and was originally taken to a body shop that unfortunately took the insurance money but never properly fixed the car. They even provided false alignment reports, which is extremely dangerous and completely destroyed my trust in repair shops.

“Brought in my Silverado ICON Suspension for a rebuild. Dropped it off in the morning and was ready at 2pm as was promised. They did a great job overall and fairly priced as well.

Only reason for the 4 star is one less start for not properly greasing the bushing on my control arm that they replaced. I called about 2 weeks after telling them about the massive squeaking noise coming from the bushing. I felt it was not properly greased. He said that’s just how ICON bushings are and his car has the same issue and noise.
I decided to loosen the control arms and grease them anyway and sure enough all the squeaking noise is gone now. Didn’t like that they passed the buck on that one.”

“We were in the middle of a 3 hour drive to go to a celebration when we realized our car was making a weird flapping sound on the highway. We pulled over and noticed there was a piece hanging down in the front. We googled & found Freddys garage a few minutes away. When we got there he immediately helped us and in less than 5 minutes he had us on our way! “Sanders Towing is easily one of the nicest tow companies I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. One of my vehicles was towed here by the police after a collision. The staff at Sanders explained what I needed to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings (didn't cost me anything) and get the vehicle released for repair. Update: The tire they repaired finally failed after a year and a half. Both rear tires needed replaced. ~$300 lower than Big O for both run-flats...with insurance. The staff here are great. The guy that helped me out was helpful. Thanks again!”

“This shop was recommended to me by a friend and let me tell you it was like finding the gold pot at the end of the rainbow. Rich and his shop out did themselves and have earned a customer for life. I only had my car a few months before it went into the shop. My corvette went in for the dreaded torque tube issue and what came next was unbelievable. As the shop started taking the car apart it was discovered at some point previous there was a fire in the underbelly due to a fuel leak. It was as if a circus of monkeys worked on it. No insulation, missing bolts and none of the fuel line was secured, Evan line not secured, it was terrible. Wrong year torque tube was in the car which was a whole other issue! Rich to the rescue. Him and his team meticulously put my car back together piece by piece and walked me every step of the way. He cared about me and my safety and my car as if it was his own. Since we got her back she’s been amazing! This shop deserves 10 stars over and over again! Forever a customer! Thank you guys so much!”
