“I contacted epicautoteks to purchase a transmission due to multiple mechanics rebuilding/fixing my transmission, We received a quote for a used transmission with installation for a great price, we worked with Carlos and he suggested that they take a look at the transmission to make sure we actually needed to purchase a transmission which they did and the only issue our transmission had was a valve body issue/electrical connectors which was repaired for a fraction of the cost of our original cost(No need to purchase a transmission). Previously i recommended one of my buddies for a used engine back in 2019 and my buddy has been very happy with the engine/service. Great customer service and very honest. I will be using them to get my personal car transmission replaced in a few months.”

“After about 3 months of my car windows not being able to go down or unlock the doors by the main control switch on the driver door and after being told it was the door switch I bought a new switch. So when I put on the new switch that still did not fix the problem. Then I was told it may be the door harness so I bought a new door harness. That is when I got in touch with Fernando to have him replace the door harness. When I went to see him he told me he thinks it was just a loose wire in the connector not the door harness. He said he could fix it so we made an appointment for a Saturday morning. After dropping the car off at 9am, two hours later he called me and said it was ready to go. And it was exactly what he said the previous week that it was going to be just a loose wire in the connector. He will now be my go-to mechanic for issues.
