“** big shout-out to Carl from Haas Brothers. Thanks a ton for helping us when we were stuck .. While traveling with my family on a long road trip, our vehicle suddenly displayed a coolant warning light. We called Haas Brothers, and they kindly asked us to bring the car in right away. Carl promptly inspected the vehicle, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained what was happening. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reassuring throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated how quickly they accommodated us, especially since we were away from home with our family. Their exceptional customer service and expertise gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our trip safely. I highly recommend Haas Brothers to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional automotive service. Thank you, Carl and the team, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.”

“Brought in my Silverado ICON Suspension for a rebuild. Dropped it off in the morning and was ready at 2pm as was promised. They did a great job overall and fairly priced as well. Only reason for the 4 star is one less start for not properly greasing the bushing on my control arm that they replaced. I called about 2 weeks after telling them about the massive squeaking noise coming from the bushing. I felt it was not properly greased. He said that’s just how ICON bushings are and his car has the same issue and noise. I decided to loosen the control arms and grease them anyway and sure enough all the squeaking noise is gone now. Didn’t like that they passed the buck on that one.”

“Sanders Towing is easily one of the nicest tow companies I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. One of my vehicles was towed here by the police after a collision. The staff at Sanders explained what I needed to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings (didn't cost me anything) and get the vehicle released for repair. Everyone at the location was genuinely friendly and helpful.A+ experience!!”

“I contacted epicautoteks to purchase a transmission due to multiple mechanics rebuilding/fixing my transmission, We received a quote for a used transmission with installation for a great price, we worked with Carlos and he suggested that they take a look at the transmission to make sure we actually needed to purchase a transmission which they did and the only issue our transmission had was a valve body issue/electrical connectors which was repaired for a fraction of the cost of our original cost(No need to purchase a transmission). Previously i recommended one of my buddies for a used engine back in 2019 and my buddy has been very happy with the engine/service. Great customer service and very honest. I will be using them to get my personal car transmission replaced in a few months.”

“These guys are always doing an excellent job. Super fast response via email or phone call. Very fast delivery, excellent packaging on any packages I have received from them. For the work they do their prices are VERY fair I wouldn't go anywhere else for these parts or services and the turn around time on the differential I just received was superb. I'm a customer for life.”

“Bad. 3 days after dropping off my Jeep quoted $195 to fix a misfire code, said the battery was in the way and the spark plug was on tight. Did a compression test and changed one spark plug. Total went up to $295. After I reminded him of the first quote, came down to $195. Total joke”

“Come here for the service manager Ginna and her compassion, knowledge, and service team. I have a specialty wheelchair accessible vehicle, and I would never think about taking my car anywhere else. There are all sorts of factors to consider when fixing/servicing your car. Ginna stands alone at the top of the mountain with how much she cares about people and getting you back on the road safely. I have observed her make her best efforts to get others and myself the highest quality service possible. Sometimes there are factors outside of her control, but she puts in the time and effort to come up with the solution best for you. If you want to be taken care of, and assured your car will be ready to roll, come here and meet Ginna. If you are lucky, you might also get to meet her mom and shop dogs.”

“Great prices but do not use the windshield wiper or fluid. It’s gross and brown and the worker/clerk uses it to push down trash and sticks it right back in the fluid. Other than that good gas station”
