“CCCU is incredible, I have been a member for 3 years and feels like a lifetime. I love the fact that they donate to church’s ministries and Christian organizations and not things as a Christ follower I wouldn’t support.”

“My wife and I left Wells Fargo after being with them for over 30 years for 2 reasons. First was the seemingly endless scandals. But second was declining customer service; fewer bankers on site, unwillingness to have human interaction, pushing everyone to do everything online, even making appointments online to speak to a banker (can't do THAT at the teller window either).I can't speak for every Chase branch, but this one is where we opened new accounts. The tellers and bankers here are very human-friendly, approachable, and helpful. You CAN make appointments online, and some issues are complex enough that an appointment is needed for face-time. But the bankers and tellers here won't give you side-eye or low-key rudeness if you do ask a question for a simple matter. So far, we're happy here.”

“I walked in without an appointment and was advised that if I was there for more than teller service, that it would be best to make an appointment. I was fortunate enough to get immediate assistance. Sandy was super helpful and allowed me to knock out a few things that I needed to do. She also provided me with her contact info so that I can schedule an appointment with her for future visits.”

“This is a terrific US Bank location. Marsha, the manager and the tellers, are all very nice and accommodating! They keep it very clean and make me and my wife feel like we are family every time we come in. It's definitely our best bank experience we've ever had. Thank you for running a great bank!”

“Did a quick in and our. Unheard of at a bank right?!? Well I was in and out and less than 10 minutes. It was actually pretty empty and I came in right before closing at 4:50pm. Tellers are always so friendly and quick to process my transactions. Nicely located in a shopping center with lots of other shops and plenty of parking.”

“Atousa Mazandarani was that agent that helped me. I kept getting screwed over by Wells Fargo so I showed up after work break dust and grime all over and I felt bad because I looked a mess and smelled a bit off after a 10 hour work day. She was kind and helpful and treated me with the same respect as anyone else she showed me all the info I needed to know to open my new account and even showed me tricks and tips to save and build more credit. As I'm new to this bank I'll be back in 6 months to write another review on how the banking is going. Thankyou for your time.”

“I am writing this review for my parents who have found this branch (and Maria Tran in particular) to be exceptional in their level of personal attention, availability, and professionalism.”

“This is a great bank, clean bright and comfortably cool to it fits San Dimas and brings back found memories from when I was a kid. This bank is where the old PFF was and it was the bank I had a savings account in since I was 5. The manager (Marcia Cazares) is super friendly as are the Tellers, I had to ask why they had only 3 stars rating on yelp? Seems people are a bit unhinged over the temperature posted on the main sign out front, it's digital and like all out door Temperature gauges it can be off a 1° higher or lower. Seems like most small towns, there are people that have nothing to do but complain because it wasn't 100% accurate to their cars temperature reading has cars are so accurate(sarcasm) Some people need to get a life.”

“When I used to work in San Dimas, this was my go-to Well Fargo Bank (WFB). I've been a long time WF customer since 1993 and I still am... if I did the math right in my head... that's 29 years ago... just two years after graduating from high school. Amazing how time flies when we're having fun. Nowadays, I just swing on by this location whenever I need to withdrawal or deposit money... only if I happen to be in the area. I don't work in San Dimas anymore, but I do grab lunch with friends from time to time in this area. I normally prefer to use the ATM versus walking into the bank for my banking needs unless I need to speak to someone or need to get something done that I can't get done via ATM. I'm finding myself walking into the bank more often than not because I'm helping my Mom with money stuff LOL. However, this is not the WFB I go to regularly though since it's not on my way to my Mom. I have been visiting their Claremont branch quite a bit during the last year or so... I will have to do a review for them later. WFB is a good bank. Staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes you might get a bank teller who isn't the most pleasant... don't let them ruin your day just because it's just not their nature to be friendly... they can't help it. Anyway, I feel humble whenever I walk into one because of their history since the 1800's and they are still going strong. Give them a try and open an account at any of their branches today! Happy Banking!”
