Which is the only way to get help or request service. WF is impersonal, white washed, and we are done with it. FCU is colorful, personal and they care to fulfill your requests in real time. “We have banked here for a few years and have very much appreciated ACCU's Christian values (+ specifically it's statement of faith!). We've also always received great customer service by phone (we live out of state). It's a little inconvenient to deal with the card limit, but as long as we plan ahead, it has easily been increased when needed for a purchase (since ACCU isn't open on the weekend, this requires planning before the weekend arrives). The rates on the High Yield savings acct are better than many other places we've checked. Update 3/12/26 - ACCU rep Edward was PHENOMENAL. So kind, listened and took care of all the concerns/details, bent over backwards to help, super humble and helpful!!”
