“Great price on my iPhone13! But make sure you remember to write down or ask for your PIN number. I forgot mine and now, Metro tells me that I need to travel back to the same Metro store I originally signed up at (which is far from me now) and reset my PIN there specifically.”

I could not figure out the account recovery and David took the extra time to figure out the loops and work around to get my Google account set up!! David was also bilingual which I though was very impressive and adds that much more to the customer experience !!! “I come here everyday. Everything is always stocked up, always find what I need, doesn’t take long when waiting in line, I love it. However, it’s 4 stars instead of 5 bc of this one dude. I don’t know his ethnicity, but he’s skinny, darker skin, black short hair and mustache. When I first saw him, he looked happy. Engaging, laughing, smiling, asked how your day was. I work in customer service too, so I know the stress of it, HOWEVER, it seems like it killed his soul. He now sighs, taps his fingers, doesn’t say hello when I do, his demeanor is closed off, frustrated easily, and seems annoyed every time I see him there. Honestly puts me on edge now whenever he is cashing me out. I just smile, say hello even though he doesn’t acknowledge, and try to be quick about it now. What happened? Maybe he needs to talk to someone ?♀️”

“This morning I stop by 711 as I usually do in the morning and Sam (an employee) came up too me and said, I think you dropper your key here yesterday. Sure enough it was mine.This is just one example how the employees here are attentive. I pass several 711s in the morning to go to this one and today I am reminded once again why this locals one of the best. They care!!!”
