He was very helpful regarding our needs with the move. We then stopped by the San Dimas store today and met Brent to ask further question. He is such a nice person and so helpful. “The fridge died. Everything was in a cooler while we found a replacement. We went to Howard’s and found a large selection in-stock and a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson in Deann. We saw 3 contenders after some comparisons with delivery options available the next day. The Memorial Day sale was still in effect and prices were competitive. We chose one and it was delivered the next day before lunch. The installation went well and all the packing trash was taken away. The entire process couldn’t have gone smoother.”
