“I came to Paul with a full list: deep detail, paint damage that had been bothering me for months, cosmetic scuffs, and a few minor mechanical odds and ends. I expected 80% done adequately. I got 110% done exceptionally.
The paint touch-up work was precise. Color match was spot on, blending was clean, and the repaired areas are genuinely hard to find now. The deep detail was equally thorough. Every crevice around the engine, frame, and bodywork that I’d written off as permanently grimy came back looking factory fresh. The finish had a depth that reminded me of the day I picked it up.
The light mechanical work came with clear communication, honest options, and zero pressure. That kind of transparency is rare.

“I’m a fan of promoting local companies, especially making high quality and specialized products like P & S. I believe they were founded originally in the city but now do their production in the East Bay. This is an outpost that sells their wide selection of auto car detailing products.
They were very helpful in reviewing different products and their intended use. I bought several but was particularly happy with the quality of microfiber towel and their Bead Maker product which isn’t a traditional ceramic or graphene coating, but it is very easy to apply and has a great water beading result.
I’ll be visiting again. My only qualm is that they close pretty early. It’d be great if they were open to 4:00 PM at least.”

“The machines are a bit old. The token machines will only allow you to use your credit card once per day. Better make sure you have enough tokens the first time. I just go here to clean my wheels. Not one car wash I have been to, gets the brake dust off. They really need to get the machines fixed.
Recently I went and the main token machine wasn't taking CC and only 2 individual machines accepted CC. Just have to bring cash next time.
Edit: The machines were in much better condition today. Got in and out quickly. That took it from 3 stars to 4 stars.”

“This is a review for someone I count as a best friend. Soloman. He is single handedly the most hardest working clerk and nicest guy at the shell. He is the peak of the store and should be the bare minimum for how humans should act and exist. I forgot about Google reviews till once again, I had a pleasant interaction with him, and I’ve seen him with other customers and even taken a peak when no one’s in the store. He’s always working hard no matter if there’s a line or no one in the store. He seriously deserves anything extra the store can provide.”
