“Staff are great, specifical team the checked me in at late afternoon helpful, and pleasant, and well organized. I found it welcoming and lobby area had plently if information abiut sites and places to eat in the area, with everything posted in a engaging fun way, yet profession and lobby and hallways very clean. Did a walk around inspection of the kichen, dinning/common area, bathroom, TV area and everything was exteremly clean and well cared for. I stayed in 5 room (3 others besides myself) and room was clean. Llinens offered were professional laundered and I like new/perfect condition. Many noteable San Fransico sites I found to be within a 1-2 walkable distance. I will definitely stay here when I must travel SF for medical appointments, and recommend to others! Must appreciation to the hard-working staff.”

“Helpful staff helped me replace my headset. I struggled to loosen the lock nut. Phillip came over to offer help. He gave it a go, but asked for backup because my headset was not typical. The staff stayed passed closing time to make sure I could ride off safely. Store is well stocked of tools and workspace tables. They noticed all the stations were occupied and quickly set work stands and tables outside for newly arrived repairs. Great community space for not having to buy a tool for a one time use.”

“If you want to donate goods, short of a Goodwill pick up, this is about as convenient as it gets.You drive in on one end of the lot, park your car behind any others in line, unload, with the assistance of the helpful of staff, and drive out the other end of the lot.You'll be asked if you need a receipt for taxes and given one if it's needed. The drive in, unloading, and drive off process goes by quickly.”

“Amazing museum with everything what’s needed. They have a lot of exhibitions at the same time, great beautiful spaces and professional people working. Collection of the museum is very rich starting from classical works and finishing with contemporary art.What I’d like to highlight is an incredible work of curators because each piece is in its place and working in the setting and idea of the room. “VERY cute amusement park / museum like place. Loved all the big SF Firefighters Toy Program statues of your favorite characters from the classic cartoon of the Jet sons to Disney characters to Stranger Things. It may look crowded but there were times where we had a little privacy where we took pictures with no photo bomber. This is definitely a great free way to see something new. Parking underground is easy and lots of space, $3 for 20 minutes, max cost is $25. GO CHECK IT OUT!”

“Internet Archive HQ offers a free tour on Friday afternoons (it's about an hour long). I highly recommend it to anyone. The tour is engaging, and the great people who work and volunteer here are so clearly passionate about the incredibly important work they do. Public availability of knowledge is an important issue that affects everyone, and we all have a role to play in it whether we know it yet or not. You'll come out of your visit here having learned something empowering.”

“Super nice staff to accommodate your needs in the building. I was there to receive my covid vaccination. Be patient to get in touch with the admin. No one seems to able answering or returning your calls. Maybe shortage staff due to Covid. It is a spacious and safe place to have group gathering. There are two exit entrance to accommodate the visitors effectively enter and exit the building. The place is clean and located in the quite neighborhood.”

“I think they do a service to the community and beyond. Many of the up turned faces judge saying it's wrong and what they do here is a grind. A thankless job dealing with the task of helping out some very difficult and demanding people that many have abandoned and don't care about. A lot of volunteer hours go into their work and very few people simply say thank you for your service. Instead it's entitlement and give me this and give me that and ride remarks if they can't accommodate. So, PLEASE if you read this or you stop by take a second and say thank you and appreciate the service they do provide. This place does great work!!”

You'll have great views of the maritime traffic in the bay. You can see birds and more within a 24min walk at almost any portion of the beach which may include the most common as sparrows and egrets, but also Killdeer and more. Great spot for admiring travelers of all types and from different locations throughout the world, and just enjoy a great Day in a fab location in MY City by the Bay!”

The bigger kids were interested in the pirate supplies. We bought a few sets of zodiac dice because there is a five-dollar minimum for credit card purchases and I don't like to carry cash in the city. I would love to return to watch a show here,”

“We went here looking for a gift. After the holiday seal there was only just a little bit left but all of it was really nice. I had never been here before about one of those pleasantly surprised because it is very close to home. The person who greeted us was really cheerful and helpful and explaining how the studio is set up and help buying from the sale helps support the artist's directly. And they have other sales at other times of the year that also support the studio. Lots of really talented artists and I ended up buying a gift for a friend that was really cute.”

“I’ve gone to get my taxes done here a couple of times now. They prepare my w2 taxes quick once I’m with my tax preparer. This year 2024 I made my appointment early on and it was not as busy then when I’ve gone before the last few weeks before the deadline. There were 3 only 3 people in the waiting room. this time I waited ten minutes whereas when I’ve gone in the past years at busier times I waited 30-40 minutes.”

“Of the social services I've encountered in the city, the people here are much better, actually trying, actually actively help people get employment (a friend at a shelter was helped to get a job despite criminal record, smoking weed, etc.), and likely actually help people get housing.Also, kind of a secret, but another org gives out lunch and dinner across the street, and they provide coffee n snacks throughout the day, making it a good place to recharge.”
