“I was locked out of my brand new laptop, which was prompting me for a BitLocker recovery key passcode. After several unsuccessful attempts to access it, I decided I needed professional help. Brian was able to assist me with the issue. He was upfront about the charges and mentioned that he wouldn't charge me if he could access my laptop within five minutes; otherwise, I would need to pay. Thankfully, he was able to get into my laptop, and I was so grateful that I felt he deserved a positive review. They are honest and don't try to swindle you out of your money. If you're having laptop issues, I highly recommend going here! It's definitely worth it.”

“I've been using a mouse connected to a multi-pronged usb thingy on my Mac due to bad track-pad. The mouse would stop working on and off. Very frustrating. Yesterday, stopped by to find out cost of replacing bad trach-pad they explained around $300. One of the women working there came up with much less expensive fix $5. !!! Yup. Very, very helpful. Instead of this multi-pronged thing I was using she said try this single usb connection. And so far, so good. Thanks Actnet!”

“I still have no faith in Best Buy’s call center; however, JONATHAN from the Geek Squad renewed my faith in the Geek Squad. He was professional, very pleasant and had EMPATHY for my frustrations!! Plus, based on what I shared and what he could see, he was able to fix my television!
The Call Center (once again) got my issues wrong!! Last week, they sent out installers; didn’t need anything installed. This time, they told Jonathan that I had no power (wrong) and probably needed a part to repair the problem (wrong)!!
Smh…the call center agents are polite but they don’t LISTEN!!
