“I replaced a keyboard here way before on a Lenovo notebook, and they did a great job. Recently I had a very expensive gaming laptop (Zephyrus Duo 16) randomly died on me, no charge and no power. I went to a lot of repair place nearby to fix, none of them was able to to the job, then I came back to these guys and now I'm writing this review on my recovered Zephyrus Duo 16 laptop. “I was locked out of my brand new laptop, which was prompting me for a BitLocker recovery key passcode. After several unsuccessful attempts to access it, I decided I needed professional help. Brian was able to assist me with the issue. He was upfront about the charges and mentioned that he wouldn't charge me if he could access my laptop within five minutes; otherwise, I would need to pay. Thankfully, he was able to get into my laptop, and I was so grateful that I felt he deserved a positive review. They are honest and don't try to swindle you out of your money. If you're having laptop issues, I highly recommend going here! It's definitely worth it.”

“Hit "format disc" on my extended storage drive instead of my memory card. Oops. Brian ran 2 different scans and put them on a drive I provided. Most all file root systems are intact. Pretty much saved almost everything, with slightly different results on both scans. Now I'll just run Duplicate File Finder Pro and delete the dupes...and consolidate. Do a little more digging and all is good. Good service and good experience. Lucky to have taken it to him immediately. Highly recommended!”

“Give May a RAISE PLEASE! She was so wonderful and so so helpful. I went to UPS to get my table number cards printed and they told me they don’t offer this service..pointed me to Office Depot instead and even though it was busy, May helped me and walked me through the process online of how to submit my order. Needless to say I am thankful for her because of how tough a week I’ve had feeling so overwhelmed with everything that I literally cried thanking her even though she was busy as all hell because I needed these done yesterday.

“For anyone looking to upgrade their tech - I had an incredible experience with Love Haight computer about two weeks ago. I came in with a virus-riddled 10+ year old MacBook Air and Azam provided excellent service and upgraded me to a refurbished MacBook Pro in pristine condition. He took care of transferring all of my personal files and data securely.
The experience was highly affordable, the prices were fair, and all of my questions were answered. I know I can always return for further support, which is so reassuring. 100% recommend.
As a nonprofit professional always looking to support my community, it is reassuring that places like Love Haight exist. This establishment cares about the community, offers person-to-person support, and supports people without a big budget (like me!) in upgrading their tech and working towards their missions. “I still have no faith in Best Buy’s call center; however, JONATHAN from the Geek Squad renewed my faith in the Geek Squad. He was professional, very pleasant and had EMPATHY for my frustrations!! Plus, based on what I shared and what he could see, he was able to fix my television!
The Call Center (once again) got my issues wrong!! Last week, they sent out installers; didn’t need anything installed. This time, they told Jonathan that I had no power (wrong) and probably needed a part to repair the problem (wrong)!!
Smh…the call center agents are polite but they don’t LISTEN!!

Went to the store yesterday to trade in my mom’s iPad and buy a new one, and was disappointed to see that the trade-in value dropped by $50 since we checked two weeks ago. Shane called his manager George over, explained the situation, and asked if Best Buy could honor the previous trade-in value. While they couldn’t do that, George offered us something better — we could keep our iPad as a backup device (esp since the trade in value is so low), and he gave us a store credit to help bring down the cost of our new one!
Needless to say, my mom is very happy with her belated Mother’s Day gift hahah”
“Probably the most competent Best Buy employees I’ve ever come across in the Bay Area. Everyone was friendly and easy to approach when I had questions about
Laptops or the return police.
It was a busy Labor Day sale, but it was very easy and pleasant to navigate the store and shop for fantastic deals. Will definitely be back to this location and this location only, SOON!
