My expectations were low (a mean, a whole month had gone by) but somehow, allll my data was recovered. All of it. All my thousands and thousands of pictures I take but do nothing with, old college papers, word documents, everything. I have no words. I mean, I know to go back up my stuff so this won't happen again but if anything ever does, I know where to go.”

“Wanted to leave positive feedback for Rick. Over the years he's built me multiple desktop systems and they exceeded my expectations each and every time. His knowledge, turn around time, and even the price for hour labor here is awesome. Even the due diligence to cable management and maximizing all USB ports is there! This may sound hyperbolic, but what you get vs what you pay for is awesome... maybe the most reasonable in the entire city of San Francisco in terms of hourly rate & value. My absolute favorite thing about him is that there's no agenda to sell you overpriced elements to a build that other little in terms of a mechanical return. No upsell on liquid cooling, or even an attempt to layer more sticks of RAM into your tower. If you ask him a straight question, he will give you an honest answer. IMHO, this is exceedingly rare with service professionals who seem to relish adding unnecessary expensive parts onto all projects. Thanks for everything central computer, I have yet to have a bad experience in all these years. Cheers!”

“Hit "format disc" on my extended storage drive instead of my memory card. Oops. Brian ran 2 different scans and put them on a drive I provided. Most all file root systems are intact. Pretty much saved almost everything, with slightly different results on both scans. Now I'll just run Duplicate File Finder Pro and delete the dupes...and consolidate. Do a little more digging and all is good. Good service and good experience. Lucky to have taken it to him immediately. Highly recommended!”

“I've been using a mouse connected to a multi-pronged usb thingy on my Mac due to bad track-pad. The mouse would stop working on and off. Very frustrating. Yesterday, stopped by to find out cost of replacing bad trach-pad they explained around $300. One of the women working there came up with much less expensive fix $5. !!! Yup. Very, very helpful. Instead of this multi-pronged thing I was using she said try this single usb connection. And so far, so good. Thanks Actnet!”

“My son's iphone had a severely damaged screen. I have TMobile 360 coverage, but since it's under Apple Care, I had to go to Apple for repair. I set an appointment for Best Buy through the Apple website. Best Buy didn't have the parts, so they sent me to the Apple Store. My experience at the Apple Store was smooth. All the employees were super nice and helpful. They took me in as "walk in" and repair took around 90 minutes as promised.There's easy parking in a lot and on the street. Sometimes gets busy, so you might need to circle a little. Next time, I'm going the Apple Store first, if the phone within the first 2 years and it's still covered under Apple Care. No need to go the the carrier for insurance repair.”

“Not sure why this place gets such a bad rating. I had an excellent experience here. I purchased a new phone from a different Apple store but ran into an issue restoring from a back up once I got home. I walked in to Apple Stonestown without an appointment and was helped right away! They troubleshooted my issues and it was resolved within minutes. While I was there, I wanted to also shop for a new case. While I was browsing, several people asked me if I needed assistance and were super helpful in guiding my purchase.Once I was ready to buy, I was helped by Stefan who was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was initially hesitant to come here based on the reviews but am so happy I did! Great experience and I'll definitely be back.”
