Customer service is lacking. The gentleman with dark hair opened the case for me for a toothbrush. When I saw that I grabbed the wrong strength of toothbrush he seemed annoyed and hesitant that he had to slide open the case just for me to get the correct one. He hadn't even closed it for me to change my decision. Rude.
