The Pharmacy Manager, Mr. Glen, is always available to address any concerns or queries. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helps customers whenever they have questions regarding medication or its availability. This is considered one of the best CVS stores in the city, with all employees being very professional and helpful. The store is also very clean compared to other CVS locations. While the pharmacy can get a little crowded in the evenings, there won't be much of a long queue before 4 pm, and customers can always ask for Mr. Glen if they need assistance. Customers love the neighborhood CVS on Van Ness and Turk. The store is well-lit and clean, and the staff are friendly and professional, providing great customer service. One customer, Dalia, is always taken good care of. The staff at this CVS location are very friendly. They were open on Thanksgiving when a customer had an urgent need, and Christine was very helpful. The pharmacists have also always been helpful. While most merchandise is locked, considering the neighborhood and issues with theft, this is understandable. The store's new selection of food products has led customers to visit more often, as the closest "real" grocery store is almost too far to walk, and customers have to pull a rolling suitcase to transport their groceries back, which is getting harder as they get older. One customer was impressed by the service provided by Adam and Daisy. When the customer needed plastic utensils for their team's lunch and the store had run out, Adam went out of his way to provide sets of utensils from behind the counter. Daisy was also superb at the self-checkout, helping the customer when the machine had issues.
I come here often to pick up meds and wanted to say that the pharmacy manager Glenn and his staff are always patient, friendly and most importantly care and willing to help. Really makes me look forward to the trip every time :)

I love my neighborhood CVS on Van Ness and Turk. The store is well lit and clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I always get great customer service. Thank you Dalia for always taking good care of me.
