“This is the best place in San Francisco to get your phone, ipad or Mac fixed. I have been going there for years. Evan is extremely knowledgable and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Mobile Fix.”
“Came in pretty late on a Friday but they were still able to repair my phone super quick. Really appreciate the great service! Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a fast and easy service.”
“Had my screen replaced here and it turned out to be defective. Aside from it freezing, scrolling on its own and switching apps by itself… the screen just fell out one day as I picked my phone up! I brought it back in as soon as I was able to which was about 6 weeks later. The guy that fixed couldn’t believe that the screen just fell out and thought I broke it. I explained to him what happened and reminded him that I called to report the freezing issue a week after but could not come back sooner. He said he could not warranty it. I said ok I’ll pay for it but I need it fixed. I’m an honest person and the phone is worth to me more than the money or wasting time arguing. I left it there and came back a few hours later. He fixed my screen and said no charge. I’m not sure what happened but I think he figured out that the screen was defective and didn’t charge me again. The whole interaction and service was polite and cordial with no attitude. This review is not about the money or services but the fact that they honored the warranty and replaced it even though it was a manufacturer defect. That says a lot about a business and their integrity. I’ll be back for all my repairs and be sure to recommend them.”
“Great experience. My iphone needed a new battery. I contacted Lew. He was friendly and professional and best of all, said he could do the job right away. 15 minutes later had a new battery, and the phone is now holding a charge. And the price was much less than other phone repair shops.Lew is the best.”

“Elbert was on the pricier side of what I saw quoted, but it's hard to overstate how great this was. My phone was extremely dead, and not only did Elbert fix it, but he was done within a couple of hours with a major repair. As I said, it was a little pricy but it was well worth it. everywhere else talked about several days to fix, while Elbert got it done in a few hours. And he picked it up and dropped it off.10/10, while I hope I never need his services again, he's going to be my first choice.”
“Wonderful! Go here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE (A+ ELECTRONICS) .... FOR ALL YOUR ELECTRONICS REPAIR NEEDS! MIKE (Michael) is.....FANTASTIC!!! He listens, he recommends and he fixes! If it were possible to give 10 stars we would.”
“What a great find! I was so happy to find a shop that could repair my 1950 GE electric motor! Mike is so experienced, friendly and accommodating. He had just the part I needed, which isn't a common part any more. He replaced the component and fully tested the motor. I'm so happy to have my vintage motor back working again, thanks to Mike, and I highly recommend the shop!”
“Stellar service by Stephen and Margaret who fixed the Anchor Counter/Windlass + the B&G Autopilot on our Beneteau sailboat. I'd highly recommend this team!”
“The guy karl was very nice and had a cute dog! When I came in my phone was broken and he got it fixed within 20 minutes, 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's in a hurry, or just wants good quality service. He had low prices too.”
“Honestly the best AV repairmen I've encountered in decades. I'm very impressed and I'll bring another vintage amp for service next month.I have a 1978 Concept 11.0 receiver that was overheating. It's a vintage high-current monster receiver with a wood case and chrome front. The manufacturer went bankrupt in 1983 and there's no repair information. But it's beautiful and has an excellent tone with my Klipsch fortes.I'd previously brought it to a different shop ("Champ" in the East Bay, which was a year+ and over $1k disaster - he couldn't fix it, broke a knob, caused an awful acrid burning smell and even sprayed cologne to try to hide it. Lesson learned!) but the amp was still lighting resistors on fire. I gave up for a year and assumed I was going to have to part it out. I made an offer to buy another Concept 11.0 and the owner said he'd gotten his repaired at Pro AV. So I decided to give Pro AV a chance but was prepared to buy this other unit if I had to.Pro AV found the problem that the other shop couldn't and fixed it in just 2 months for a fraction of what I'd paid the other guy. I honestly didn't think this amp could run as cool or as quiet as it does now. I'd just assumed it ran hot by design. And the smell is gone so my wife is happy.I couldn't give a more enthusiastic recommendation for these guys. They did excellent work for a very fair price.”
“BEST PHONE REPAIR PRICES!!! Came to replace my front screen for iPhone 11 & my back screen to my iPhone 11 Pro, had a very exceptional experience with Carl & the cute little dog Mickey Mouse lol.. thanks a bunch!”
