FTC established in 1986. Began as a small collection of skate gear buried in the back of a ski and tennis shop. Over the past three decades FTC has earned the reputation as one of the true epicenters of real skate culture. In 1994, FTC opened the doors of its first shop in San Francisco’s historic Haight-Ashbury just as skateboarding was evolving beyond its surf-inspired roots. FTC was there for the whole ride nurturing the talented outsiders, misfits, and artists that put legendary spots like the Embarcadero aka EMB, Hubba Hideout, Pier 7 and many more on the map. Over the years, FTC has evolved into a lifestyle brand known worldwide with stores in SF, Barcelona, Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka
The best! I went in to get new caster bearings this morning and everyone was so kind and helpful. They helped me pick out the right bearings and even helped install them. They truly went above and beyond.

Legendary skate shop in the Haight. Been coming since i was in high school and has been solid throughout. Staff has been great, some super friendly, some a little more quiet but help when asked. TO the people complaining about grumpy dudes working here: What do you expect? These are skaters man, these aint mall employees.
