Staff provide excellent assistance, going above and beyond to solve problems. They are honest, easy to talk to, and make the experience fun and enjoyable. Advisors show and suggest items, bringing out multiple selections for customers. The service makes clients feel treated like a princess, often including gestures like serving wine or refreshments. Many customers express happiness with their unique purchases and state they look forward to future visits, with some choosing to order exclusively from a particular location even from another state.

I stopped in to see some bags and she was super friendly, helpful, and fun. She (and the other associates) were also so patient and nice with my young daughter who was getting a bit antsy in her stroller.
