Gus's Community Market is a favorite local grocery store in the Sunset, considered a gem and one of the best. The market is gorgeous, very clean, and has incredible upgrades. It offers an excellent range of fresh, unique, and high-quality products, including organic items, fresh fruits, beautiful flowers, and a great meat selection. The sushi is delicious, and the brioche bread is a must-have. While the sandwiches can be hit or miss, they have a punch card system. The store may be a little pricey but it is worth it for healthy food. The employees are wonderful, friendly, and treat everyone with respect. There is both street and underground parking available.
I love going here for their lavender latte. The prices for groceries are high but the service is quite good. Overall, a nice community grocery shop & sometimes you'll find items you don't normally found in other groceries. Oh, & the wine & liquor selection is great.

This is the old gus's market. The new one is great. It can add up but the produce is great. The deli is great too but they don't have a good system when it's lunch time. It's a long wait to get service.

Gus' on Noriega is a great place to pick up some interesting beers before heading to the beach or GGP. Apparently don't allow their customers to use the bathroom anymore 👎🏻
