The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate, and the quality of the garments is impressive. The shopping experience can vary. Many find the staff very sweet, jovial, nice, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering exceptional customer service and valuable suggestions. The fitting rooms are clean and spacious. However, some have had a really unpleasant shopping experience, finding clothes on display completely wrinkled and changing rooms that were filthy with dirt on the floor.
