The hotel’s architecture includes internal corridors facing an internal patio, which can lead to high noise levels from carts, luggage, and guests passing by. Some rooms are located above a coffee shop, which may cause early morning noise from bass and motor sounds, so requesting a room away from the coffee shop is recommended. Staff at the hotel are friendly, professional, and accommodating, with exemplary customer service highlighted by several guests. They assist with late checkouts, call to notify guests of food deliveries, and provide helpful recommendations. The front desk staff, especially one individual, went above and beyond to make stays memorable. Great hotel. They have a rooftop (closes at 9 though) and front desk area. Best thing is the location. 12pm checkout. Nice modern rooms. Would come again. Easy garage parking around the corner if you have a car! ($24 for 24 hours)

Definitely not 4* hotel. It's an old motel adopted to the hotel. All room windows are facing inner corridor, so window blinds must be shut or everyone can peek inside your room.
Rooms are not quiet, but they provide with earplugs.
We were there for 2 nights, but no housekeeping provided during that time.

The location is what drew me to Infinity Hotel San Francisco, Tapestry Collection by Hilton—but the front desk staff is what will bring me back.
Truly warm, welcoming, and just lovely to interact with.
It was a beautiful stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it.
