In and out in 15min with no appointment. This was also right in the morning, on a Wednesday. Staff were efficient and nice and the blood draw was pain free.

Quick and easy. Walk in and scan your ID to check in - appointments available but not required. Come close to opening for the shortest wait, by the time I left at 7:35 was very busy.
