We did our second one last night. I am now trying to narrow down my cooking method. Sous Vide 10 hrs at 180° or in the oven with wine snd Guinness for 3hr at 325° then vegetables for 1 more hour all covered! ?

Awesome brisket. I steamed it with chicken broth and Guinness about 50 minutes per pound and the brisket was tender and juicy but did not fall apart when cut. Perfect!
