I see that lots of folks have had bad experiences here, but I've always had good experiences. I ship random items about once/month. They pull up my info from their records, in some cases pack the item and it's off. Fast and easy.

I really want to like this postal shop but unfortunately the service is hit and miss. Occasionally you get a staff member that is helpful (not overly friendly and has to be flagged down - but helpful none the less), to the non helpful bordering on rude staff member.
