“just moved into the neighborhood and i was surprised to find this little hidden gem! was there on Friday evening at 5:10 and the clerk was counting the register. Jay was kind enough to open the gate to let me in and helped me with my shipping needs. it was quick and easy. i cant believe how polite and courteous he was even when it was during his closing time. this location will always be my go to from now on and i promise next time i will go during your normal operating business hours.”

“Really friendly and thorough. I came inn o a weekday morning to have my passport photo taken. I didn't catch the man's name, but he was really helpful and patient. He made sure I liked my passport photo before printing it out and went over all of the steps needed to process an expedited passport renewal. He even provided me with a prepaid label so I could just drop it at the post office when I had gathered all my docs. For folks still masking indoors, he was respectful of that and seemed to model the customer's behavior. Have a mask? He'll put his on. Don't have a mask? He'll take his off. Great to have such helpful services in the neighborhood, without the long lines.”

“I just have to say, this specific UPS location is most community/ neighborhood oriented local business I have known, and is truly focusing on efficiency, service, and personal connection. It is ran by a family who are one of the kindest people I have ever met. Specifically, I would like to highlight Carla. She is very knowledgeable in her job, but also she is the one making sure this place is welcoming, including decorating it on every holiday-which is extremely cute and makes me very happy the moment I walk in. Carla also recently helped me with one unfortunate UPS incident that wasn't even part of their branch. She was there for me in a very tough situation and I will be forever grateful to her for that. Her husband-the owner, and their son also work there, and they are super cool and hard-working. Any time I come in, my tasks are always solved with care, efficiency, very quickly and easily. I sincerely thank everyone in there whose names I didn't catch (shamefully) for making this local place so special and welcoming.”

I had managed to bring a large piece of furniture for return, carrying it by foot up the hill, and arrived at UPS just as they were about to close. To add to my stress, there was also an issue with the return label. Victor was exceptionally accommodating and eager to assist. “This is a great service. It's run by a nice guy with a British accent.He is very thorough and he knows his business. I would recommend this business if you need a mailbox or a mailing address.It's under $20 a month (I forgot the right amount. Either $14 or $16 a month). I've used this service for about 15 years and I've never had a missing package or any other issues.”

“I came into this location as I saw a sign outside that said that they offered fingerprinting services. I have had the hardest time with this at other third party companies so I had to resort to ink and roll fingerprints. I went in, and the kind Indian gentleman was able to reassure me. He has never had fingerprints denied, and even took the time to first use the scan option to foresee if there would be issues with the ink and roll. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Well I got my results and passed with his help! I would definitely recommend this location because of that man that helped me that day.”

“CIDNEY IS A GOD!So they seemed to be the only branch open on MLK day. So naturally I show up and theres like 6 or 7 people in front of me and somehow just cidney is working. "Well this could take an hour or more" was what I was thinking. But no this man was working his a$$ off, and somehow providing solid service and answering questions. “Warning you will need to go through security on the south side (if you come from the north, they’ll make you walk around outside). It’s located in the basement. Another warning is that there is no signal (or Wi-Fi) bc it’s in the basement, so if you need a QR code, take a screenshot of it beforehand.Celipe (I may have gotten the name kind of wrong, but he’s an older gentleman), was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait either! I was in and out in minutes!”
