She let me know that they had my size in stock and gave me a great price. I showed up five minutes later and they serviced my car right away. From phone call to tires mounted and driving back down the road was approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Highly recommend”

“Hands down best mechanic I've used since Moss Motors closed 10 years ago. You can read my review for the Honda dealership on Van Ness. I took my car to a different independent mechanic after Honda and before Bob, who said the RF axel and half shaft did need replacing but they could do it for $700 less than Honda quoted. Bob straight up told me nothing was wrong other than my brakes were at 30%. He is super Informative and a great teacher of all things cars. Such a relief to have an honest hard working mechanic.”

“Update: Bumped my review up to 4 starts because the manger, Will, is a solid guy. He understood my frustration with one of his techs and took it upon himself to reach out and make it right by covering my next tire patch for free. I'll still come here for tires, patches, balancing, etc, but would advise some amount of caution if you drive a manual.

I came in for a patch on one of my tires which admittedly they did a fine job with. Staff was nice too, but when I went out to grab my car the whole block smelled like clutch. Not sure why one of the employees would hop in a manual car when they clearly had no clue how to drive one...”
