This provides a much safer feeling than other storage options in the Oakland and San Francisco area, giving confidence that belongings are safe from break-ins. There is no riff-raff, with no people hanging out or living there. The team is highly responsive, thorough, and transparent, running a great facility. The manager is a nice guy, offering reasonable rates with no price jacking every few months like chain companies. Access is no-hassle and self-serve during daylight hours, with no exceptions, surprises, or waiting. However, there is no electricity or lights for night time, and customers should not stay past 9pm. While some wish it was less expensive, it is widely considered the best storage option on the island for worry-free, convenient storage.
