They opened 40 min late, closed 10 min early, truck was on 1/8 gas and tire pressure warning light was on, and they ran out of dollies. It made for a terrible start to my move day.

Had a reservation at 3:30 pm on a weekday. Broad daylight. Show up at 4:30. Place is closed. Like a ghost town. No one to help, No number to call. Nowhere did it advise me when I made the rental that it would close 30 minutes after my reservation! Skip this place. Or get there really early.

These people are scammers. They give email recepit that doesn't have uHaul a customer ID and they don't do refund and they ask you to go to another store for a the refund across the city, but once you get there the Uhaul store cannot do the refund since customer ID is missing. Don't waste your money on them.
