They picked up my belongings at my former home, and dropped my upright piano off at a nearby destination free of charge. In addition, they've always been willing to take additional items to my storage unit on my behalf at no extra cost. “Had a great experience with Winter Moving. Yotam was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial estimate through booking. He was transparent about pricing, quickly updated the quote when my plans changed, and was very accommodating with scheduling. The actual move with Cesar, Octavio, and Elias was very smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Winter Moving to anyone moving in San Francisco.”
“Packers and movers were genuinely great. Claims process was pretty cumbersome though. There was a dining table damaged. I had the basic tier of coverage ($1 per pound) and could max get like $50 for it, which was enough for me to cover the repair.
But there is no web form for submitting claims. You have to call them with all this paperwork and the office closes at 1:30pm. Ended up giving up, as it wasn't worth my time. Wish they had a more straightforward process for minor claims.
Edit: the company reached out and proactively gave me a partial refund for this issue. Really appreciate their care and would book with them again”

“Jack Trux is by the far the best receiving/delivery warehouse in the Bay Area. Our ID firm has used several comparable warehouses and none of them come close to the quality of customer service that Jack Trux provides. I'm not sure what took me so long to write this review, perhaps the desire to gate keep them? Patty & Carlos are wizards at their jobs. I have no idea how they manage the volume of emails and calls that come their way every day. They are precise in record keeping and the warehouse guys are the sweetest & most helpful. It always brightens my day seeing those guys! I highly recommend.”

Extremely friendly, VERY fast, and asked a lot of questions to make sure all my furniture got moved correctly and ended up where I wanted. Even brainstormed a little with me in my new place in how the living room furniture in my new place should be organized and moved it around until it was perfect. Also very understanding when my new building had some delays letting them in/out of the loading zone. A+ service and I'll be calling them again next time I move.”

“2nd time using Pure Moving and another 5 star review!! Russ and Adill arrived in the window provided. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Both were respectful and made sure I was happy where everything was placed.
Offering a 7% discount for paying cash was also a nice perk. I highly recommend Pure Moving and will use again if the need arises.”
