The staff at this U-Haul are excellent. It was super easy to buy boxes, mattress covers, and leave with my van. There is a surcharge for this location but I think it's worth it.

The onsite Staff at the Valencia St. Location were Fantastic. They when above and beyond to ensure i recieved quality service and did so with terrific attitudes and authenticity. Omar did a great job setting up a 10’ truck. The trucks tricky to drive. Lots of bouncing, no suspensions. Within a few minutes, I was able to drive with confidence and a prayer to stay safe. The return was great! Omar double checked my final quote and even gave me a 5 mile pass. Love it!🙌
