I have been a customer at this location for 5 years. When I get back from Australia I will be offering him a job at my company.

accessible hours are from 5am to 10pm, which is much later than most other self storage places in Frisco. Some cleanliness issues, and I had to contact corporate and go in to the office twice to resolve a payment issue, but it *did* get resolved, so I can't be too upset.

Easy to pick the truck. Relatively simple to return. Just funny how a $20 dollar truck rental turns into 200 bucks for a simple round trip
