The human service is really good on the weekdays, but becomes very slow on the weekends. On the other hand, I have had massive problems with UPS withholding my packages and loading them.

Thank you Alex for your help, he is such a courteous and cheerful employee :) very efficient too— he helped me with several tasks while helping other customers as well!

Went here for document notary in the morning. Was told that they cannot do it, for the whole day. So I had to rush to another UPS store which made me late for my appointment
