The United States Postal Service at 150 Sutter St is a busy location that provides reliable mail and package delivery to millions of addresses nationwide. It is known for its commitment to secure and affordable services, handling a significant portion of the world's mail. Customers often find the staff to be very kind and helpful, offering quick and efficient service, especially when the staff is available. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly assistance with sending packages, buying stamps, and completing money orders. However, the post office can be severely understaffed, leading to long waits, sometimes with only one person serving customers and non-working self-service machines. Despite these challenges, the staff’s kindness and helpfulness stand out. Some customers find that during busy times, they prefer to walk to other nearby locations to avoid long lines. Overall, it is a well-regarded post office with friendly staff, but it can be crowded and understaffed at times.
One employee in the whole building, 45+ minute wait in line, they don't even have tape, and everything is broken. This is the worst USPS I've ever been to.

Nicest staff, always very helpful and efficient. Many thanks to Carmen who has helped me multiple times.

Great location! Chronically understaffed. The remaining staff, however, is super helpful and efficient. The location is really good in the midst of the financial district. I just wish they'd put more people there.
