The lady helped me was courteous and advised me to deposit in my bank account and she didn't want me to come back again becuase the post office mostly out of cash (specially in the mid of the month). “Warning you will need to go through security on the south side (if you come from the north, they’ll make you walk around outside). It’s located in the basement. Another warning is that there is no signal (or Wi-Fi) bc it’s in the basement, so if you need a QR code, take a screenshot of it beforehand.Celipe (I may have gotten the name kind of wrong, but he’s an older gentleman), was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait either! I was in and out in minutes!”

“Of all the post offices I've been to in the Bay Area this is by far the best one. They are efficient, quick and organized when processing transactions. Unlike other post office locations that follow a pace of plate tectonics. This is the only post office I go to. Excellent service that other locations should try to duplicate, but they won't. “5 for the post office? WHY? Admittedly USPS doesn't evoke images of revelry and 'enjoy' isn't a word typically associated with anything having to do with the Government. But there's a small slice of joy situated on 22nd Avenue near Irving street. I was in said business last week, and the whole time, the staff were cracking up with each other and customers. I was laughing and I couldn't even hear the whole convo but the laughter was contagious. After a very short (3 min) wait, I was up. The customer next to me and two staff were still laughing, joking about 'he'll be sad to see you go'. I thought 'I'll be sad to go, this is so cute'. And it's not an isolated incident. I always have a funny conversation with the gentleman (I need to get his name). Ya gotta admit, making jokes about packages and the speed of print labels is not a level of comedy the average person can achieve. It's pure gold.”

He has a good lighting and backdrop setup and has software that ensures the image would be accepted. Afterwards, he ensured I had everything I needed for my passport application and mailed it out for me. On another occasion, I brought something I needed mailed out, and he helped me package it and mailed it out for a very reasonable price.
