The store is reliably clean, though some items are kept in locked cases to prevent shoplifting; staff are responsive in retrieving these items. Customers appreciate features like the First-Tuesday senior discounts. However, the pharmacy can be somewhat unreliable, with occasional long wait times and difficulty reaching them by phone. While most staff are helpful and reassuring, even under stress, there have been rare instances of unkind behavior. Some customers note the discontinuation of certain standard items, like chlorine cleanser. This is a good sized, well stocked store with friendly, helpful staff. If you don't find what you're looking for, ask. It may be something they carry but is our of stock. Staff are able to check and backroom stock if a shelf space is empty.
