Awesome provider. So happy to finally ditch Xfinity! I used to have ATT and I missed having symmetrical bandwidth. Installers were great. Gigabit DL is accurate, Upload is a little slower but it's a fantastic improvement (~600Mb/s). Only downside is no IPv6 support (in my area at least).

Useful for recreational use, but it goes down almost every day or becomes so slow it’s unusable, often in the middle of a work call, so I’m unable to work from home.

Very disappointing. After being a customer for 9 years, they would not grandfather in my existing plan, and increased my bill by over $100, stating that I was passed the date to do so , even though I tried several times weeks ago .
