He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure all of your questions are answered. Any issues are usually resolved the same day. Most importantly, you never have to worry about being overcharged or pressured into buying things you don’t need, unlike some other stores. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this place!”

“Had my screen replaced here and it turned out to be defective. Aside from it freezing, scrolling on its own and switching apps by itself… the screen just fell out one day as I picked my phone up! I brought it back in as soon as I was able to which was about 6 weeks later. The guy that fixed couldn’t believe that the screen just fell out and thought I broke it. I explained to him what happened and reminded him that I called to report the freezing issue a week after but could not come back sooner. He said he could not warranty it. I said ok I’ll pay for it but I need it fixed. I’m an honest person and the phone is worth to me more than the money or wasting time arguing. I left it there and came back a few hours later. He fixed my screen and said no charge. I’m not sure what happened but I think he figured out that the screen was defective and didn’t charge me again. The whole interaction and service was polite and cordial with no attitude. This review is not about the money or services but the fact that they honored the warranty and replaced it even though it was a manufacturer defect. That says a lot about a business and their integrity. I’ll be back for all my repairs and be sure to recommend them.”

“Elbert was on the pricier side of what I saw quoted, but it's hard to overstate how great this was. My phone was extremely dead, and not only did Elbert fix it, but he was done within a couple of hours with a major repair.As I said, it was a little pricy but it was well worth it. everywhere else talked about several days to fix, while Elbert got it done in a few hours. And he picked it up and dropped it off.10/10, while I hope I never need his services again, he's going to be my first choice.”

“Impressed. They fixed my phone which I thought was initially destroyed. I had dropped it more than once over a couple years. I took it in after the final drop that yielded no screen and I had to massage it to just see the backlight. They took it for a couple hours and gave it back to me- it looks like its brand new out of the case! Amazing work guys!”

“Cody and his team were absolutely amazing! I guess I got there at the perfect time because the wait was very short before the next representative was available. I had recently relocated to San Francisco and needed to set up my new iPhone 16 ProMax. Not only was the process seamless, but I was able to complete my upgrade and convert all my old information to my new phone in a matter of minutes. I was a little concerned about protecting my new phone because most stores did not carry any cases for the new iPhone 16 ProMax. However, Cody was able to assist me with the purchase of a heavy duty case in store since I tend to drop my phone quite often. I can honestly say I was 100% satisfied with my overall experience at ATT near the Target off Geary Blvd and Masonic Ave. If you need a perfect spot to park for FREE, this is the location. Just park at the target and walk down the stairs near Masonic Ave. I promise you that every person in this place is friendly and will help you with all your ATT needs. I got lucky and picked the perfect location.”

“Mani Was the best customer agent at Metro have ever connected with and I've been with Metro a few times after leaving T-Mobile a few times and while I like T-Mobile I decided to go with with Metro for cost reasons and when it came in this third time to transfer or pour it out from T-Mobile to Metro money was really instrumental in facilitating the conversation between T-Mobile customer service and Metro customer service that appears that there is block and Metro. Had to connect with T-Mobile to do the unblock and it was very confusing and very frustrating but Mani was able to kindly and patiently facilitate this port and it was successful. He wouldn't above and beyond the call of duty and he's awesome. He should get a brand new free phone out of it. ;)”
“My camera broke unexpectedly while my friend was visiting, and it was really important to me to get it working again. Unfortunately, it was already past 8 pm and all the usual tech stores were closed, so we were running out of options.
Thankfully, we found this place as a last resort and I’m so glad we did. The man who helped us was incredibly kind and went out of his way to fix the issue, even though he later mentioned that he actually dislikes working on cameras. Despite that, he still took the time to help us, and we were able to pick it up an hour later.
I’m so grateful for his help and the effort he put in. It made a stressful situation so much easier, and I really appreciate the kindness and dedication.”
